recently many coins have been adopting kimoto gravity algorithm to regulate difficulty, what do you guys think of it and should we implement it? if not? how our difficulty is adjusted ?

   i think, it's time we find some market place, or something to do with goldcoin, maybe buy video games, gift cards, any thing .. and second, we should be added on more than one trading platform, cryptsy is great, let's get added on all of them .. and please share ideas here on how to increase Goldcoin's value.  Finally, as Microguy once said : "May all your bitcoin dreams turn Gold" 

    I am a new member of the Goldcoin community, i got introduced to it randomly by bitcoin ranger via his funny youtube videos, and started reading about the subject and got interested in it , and i see that i did the right move... Now, how can we expand Goldcoin, and how can we make it bigger than other alt-currencies.

  We got some advantages here, we got the perfect name, we got a growing popularity, and a growing coin in value .. but that's not enough to accomplish our expectations and to surpass other competing other alts.

   One of the major things that crossed my mind when i was reading about crypto-currencies in general, was well what can i do with those things ? and it seems to me that other than bitcoin and litecoin, it's pretty limited what you can do with alt-coins.. so one major attraction mechanism would be creating something that you can do with these coins.. something that would make your use of these coins a habit and an interest.
   
    Saying that, unlimited options can be put in front of us ..one of those would be a market platform..  (we will develop it in a gradual way ).. some of the first things that cross my mind from my short experience with alts, is that most of the clients are themselves miners, so a  gpu (used/new) or any mining tools, fans, water coolers etc  market place that would accept goldcoin, will definitely attract this part of the alts community, and will increase our mining rate, and our trading rate on cryptsy or future markets. (if you think about it, if you sell your stuff at the same rate you bought them, you will be making money, cause this coin is designed to grow in value ).

   Now of course such a market, by default should be risky and people will hesitate buying stuff , with a currency that's irreversible, and does not have a legal authority to refer to. So our market has by default to be a medium that would hold the coins and provide a tracking number on the shipping until items are delivered and buyer is satisfied.

  if we decide to go this way few things needs to be sorted out :

1) how the shipping will work? and how are gonna pay the shipping company? for instance ups needs 10 $ to ship an item form x to z .. would we have to convert goldcoins payed for shipping to usd then buy a tracking number? if we decide to go for  this option a new business idea will emerge.. A mega fast gldcoin to usd exchange platform (with 0.3% fee) that might also be linked to ups or fedex or w/e .
2) what if a buyer buys something, report that it wasn't the item described and send back a wrong item ? who would insure the seller ?

3) and of course regulations, taxes, and licenses .. if goldcoin was to be a global digital currency, what kinda laws should it abide as laws and regulation differs from a country to another ..
