Is Cryptsy not available for Argentine citizens or is it a matter of not being able to get verified?
I'm assuming that there is some sort of Bitcoin exchange available to your location to convert local fiat currency into Bitcoins. That would probably be the easiest starting point.
Then once you've got your local currency converted to BTC, sign up for a Cryptsy account if you don't have one already. Even if you don't verify your Cryptsy account, you can still trade crypto currencies, you just don't get a few perks. Simply deposit the BTC into Cryptsy BTC wallet then trade for Goldcoin.
If you still have problems, let me know. I'd consider sending you GLD for another currency manually as a last resort...so long as we figure out a way to do it safely and securely.
