10,000 GLD for Winning Forum Logo!

We're looking for a very simple graphic to replace the text in the top left header.

I think the very basic logo at the Litecoin forum for example is an excellent representation of what we need. It should read "Goldcoin Forum" and the include the domain name below. I think a gold coin would look nice in the front. Please keep the graphic compact and clean in design.

Please post your work below using the img tags along with your GLD receiving address. The winner will be announced once an ideal graphic appears. Entries that are not selected will receive a consolation tip.

how do exactly do you plan on replacing the the text in the top corner with an image? are you pretty familiar with SMF? this is no small task if you are not.

might i recommend you download a theme first, and then create a logo like i have done here. in fact the color scheme of this theme would match perfectly with the GLDcoin logo:

pretty easy to install a theme.

just dl it from the site, then go to your admin console and click on themes>install and click browse, find the zip folder of the theme press ok and click install and boom. then on the next screen hit go back and you can reset every one to the new theme.

I am downloading a vector image editor just for this (as you may know, I specialize in pixel art). I reckon if I poke around is CS5 tomorrow for a while I should come out with some pretty designs. I will edit them into this post when I have them done and expect somebody to upstage them. (I do pixel art lol, not logo designs.) But upstage them in a good way.

It's in the control panel! This is SMF 2, not SMF 1.1.4!
