Litecoin Difficulty Increase Imminent
« on: June 19, 2013, 03:46:32 PM »
I received a report today from a forum member (and miner) that the difficulty of Litecoin is expected to increase tomorrow. This could mean a lot of mining migration in the coming days as miners turn their rigs to more profitable coins.

The site http://allchains.info/ contains some information about BTC and LTC, including an estimation of the next difficulty.

In recent weeks, we have seen the BTC difficulty go up 20% each time and before that it was about 10% each time.  That, in my opinion, would drive miners over to LTC and other alts.  Now the next difficulty on LTC may be about a 20% increase, which makes sense if many switched over to it.

This makes a huge amount of sense. Could bring more miners to GLD, which is needed i think.
