I'd love to write a statement for the book however the memory is a bit vague as it was like 3 years ago :) I'll write one up and post it here within the next few days hopefully.

Previous (original instal) goldcoin-0.6.9.3-win32-setup.exe

Goto the gldcoin.com website and download the windows wallet again which is the 0.6.9.3 and install again over the top of the 0.6.4 install. Backup your wallet.dat file in your roaming folder and your problems will be fixed.

Hey Kelsey,

No one should be under any  illusion that there ae big hands out there, however we don't hold them. The changes made to this coin weren't made by people that hold street large volumes. We did this to make GoldCoin the best it can be. We are commited to making sure this coin works and is adopted. We are here to stay and hopefully the work that has been done on the new client and the fork show that.
