*Instructions designed for Windows 7*
Hello,
As more and more people join the gldcoin movement, I feel like it is necessary to create a guide for how to install the client, and microguy is giving a neat reward if I write this well so....

.
Anyway,
To start you must download your binaries:
Linux Binaries (0.6.4)
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B5Jeb5kpOWshekxOUnIzb2pXNkE/edit?usp=sharingWindows Binaries (0.6.4)
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B5Jeb5kpOWshVVM1ZVFCV0RpSmM/edit?usp=sharingI don't know what linux binaries you need to download, but for windows, here is what you need to download: gldcoin-.0.6.4-win32-setup.exe. Then once downloaded double click on it and instal. The instructions are simple, I don't think much help is needed there.
After that, go to the gldcoin folder in your app data roaming area. If you can't find the app data folder, you may have hidden folders off, you may want to google how to turn on hidden folders.
Then create a new notepad document and name it gldcoin.conf
Copy this into your new notepad:
rpcuser=1
rpcpassword=[strong password]
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=8122
port=8121
daemon=1
server=1
gen=0
addnode=50.116.22.43
addnode=88.161.131.83
addnode=24.70.184.213
addnode=208.115.109.157
addnode=72.200.175.240
addnode=192.241.134.49
addnode=76.10.147.84
addnode=150.101.174.85
addnode=212.124.68.161
addnode=82.20.48.48
addnode=199.201.106.33
addnode=78.145.71.105
addnode=209.172.25.95
Then go back into the app data roaming folder for gldcoin. Then hit the alt key.
Go to tools, folder options, view, and then un-check hide extensions for known file types. The document name will then change to gldcoin.conf.txt. Edit the name to just gldcoin.conf
After that, open gldcoin.qt, and allow it to sync with the network.
You should now be up and running. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!
