This is a guide to help you purchase GLDCoin / Gold Coin and trade them on Cryptsy.com.
First you need to think of GLDCoins as stock. Because you will be trading ie. Buying and Selling GLDCoins. Soon you'll be able to purchase just about any Product or Service with your GLDCoins.
For example I may offer my paintings for Gold Coins and I know other members of GLDTalk offer services for programing etc. at this time. So anything you purchase with the money in your pocket. You'll be able to purchase it with Gold Coins.

Step 1: Open an account on
https://www.cryptsy.com/ Step 2: After you have opened your account. Click on Account → Account Balances
Step 3: Scroll down to BitCoin (BTC)
Step 4: Click on → Deposit BTC and copy the address. It will look something like this 1LdEn6yzrzNXSMTRmjrg8XrjXButctoaYe copy and paste in your NotePad Save it as a Text file
Step 5: Open an account for example at
https://campbx.com/ or
https://www.btcquick.com/beta/Step 6: Purchase BitCoins, how much you purchase is your choice. $10, 20, 25, $50 what ever you want to invest. We are not doing this to break the bank as they say. You can purchase as much as you'd like.
Step 7: When you have the Bitcoins in your account. Withdraw, Send them to the Bitcoin Address/account you saved in the text file. You want to send the Bitcoins to Cryptsy.com so you can start trading.
Step 8: Check your Account Balances on Cryptsy and see if your Bitcoin Deposit is Pending. It may take awhile before it is in your account.
Step 9: After the Bitcoins are in your account. On the Main page of Cryptsy find LTC/BTC and Click on it.
Step 9a: You'll see a Box Titled: Submit New Order with → Available: 0.00 LTC 0.00 BTC
Step 10: Now you can trade your BTC for LTC.
Place a Buy LTC with BTC order. (At the time of this post I used the current trading prices.)
Scroll down the page and you'll see SELL ORDERS and BUY ORDERS.
Current SELL ORDERS Price 0.02110000
Current BUY ORDERS Price 0.02012100
You want to place a Buy LTC with BTC Order.
Step 10: In the Buy LTC with BTC Order section enter 49.0
10a: In the Price Per LTC section enter 0.02012200
The price 0.02012200 will put your BUY ORDER above the offer lower than yours.
If a Miner or trader likes your Offer they will trade you LTC for your BTC.
Step 11: Now you have LTC, Scroll down the and on left side of the page find LTC Markets and click on GLD/LTC.
Step 12: In the Submit New Order section you want to place a Buy GLD with LTC.
Step 13: Look at the Buy Orders and see the current high offer to buy GLD.
Step 14: In the Buy GLD with LTC you can enter the number of GLD Coins you want to Buy and enter a Price. The current high Buy Offer is 0.00066004. You can
enter the same amount, less or offer a higher price. For example you could enter a Buy Offer of 0.0066500. It will display the Total (LTC), 0.20% Fee (LTC) and the Net Total (LTC). If you are ready to place your Buy Order click Submit Buy Order. Then you just need to see if a Miner or other GLD trader will trade you GLD for the LTC offer.
Step 15: Keep buying and selling.
