Here is an idea that was originaly for an other cryptocurrency , but they never responded  me , so i submit it to you . 
Some feedback would be greatly appreciated.


Ps: Sorry if sometimes my english is bad , but i'm french , so write in english isn't realy easy

The point is not preventing 51% attack , it is to allow little miner to be rewarded , even if they want to solo mine.
