Title: Hi! newbie miner from the Philippines...need help

Hello,

My cpuminer is perfectly working using my direct access connection to the internet. But when I connect to cproxy or hostspot shield vpn, it always encounter an error saying:

Stratum_subscribe timed out
...retry after 30 seconds
Stratum_subscribe timed out
...retry after 30 seconds

is there any way I can get past my localhost:3128 proxy server because it seems to interlap with the proxy port of the mining pool like glg.hashfaster.com 3336

I hope someone can give me some advice or idea on how to do it. Thanks

Having the same issue - my bfgminer run's great but it's not  hitting the pool using the same pool.

anyone wanna help us?
