Title: block rewards

are discovery rewards pool specific or doesn't GLD allow them?  Every other coin I have mined had a perk/bonus for the block discoverer.  I have been mining cryptoplanets pool and while the rewards per share are good no block discovery I can see.

There is an reward = about 1000GLD a block.
