VOLT, or Noble,  I tried to find it on 3 exchanges but could not, do you know of it?

That site is a culture shock for me, front and center they say 'this site is in beta, fee is only .1% but trade at your own risk and change your password if you lose your money ... and if we think you are fooling around we'll close your account and take your money'

I suppose that's the REAL way we should look at all exchanges, but it looks more ominous when put that way.
