Title: Growth

Methinks we need that Android Client sooner than imagined.  Good job the developers.

GoldCoin is most definitely BACK on it's original growth path now!

This is being worked on tadspoles :) it's in the pipeline, we just need to find the right developer

Yes, the DevTeam is looking into building a basic Android app to compliment the existing client.

However, ultimately we will need independent development and competing android apps, specialized clients, and other third party tools just like we've seen throughout the PC evolution and the early stages of the Bitcoin evolution. The DevTeam will focus on the core "OS" so to speak building a solid foundation for the outside world to construct upon.

I have just created a new forum for these types of critical discussions. And if you're reading this text, you've found it! ;D

I wonder if it would be a good idea for people to start getting the word out about GoldCoin through Craigslist, etc.

It could be explained in small ads that it is a cryptocurrency much like bitcoin but with a greater chance of widespread adoption--even if by name recognition alone.

Perhaps people could make small sales of GoldCoin to folks interested on Craigslist.  The forum and client software website could be mentioned.

It may benefit those with especially large balances to give small amounts away so people can download the software and become familiar with it.

Just a thought.

I am also active on twitter and reddit to spread the word about Goldcoin. The more people spread the word about Goldcoin on different websites the beter.

Please next time only use the term GoldCoin instead of GLDCoin.

i just didn't want to mislead anyone to thinking it was phyical "Gold coinage" as it is a place to sell.

sorry my if efforts where short, but a saw an opportunity and took it.
if you read it though i did say "Get some of the worlds first digital GOLD invest on the future!!"

also that is how its spelled in the market, keeping in mind that this is for new comers.as i found it in the first place as GLDcoin. and also it is gldcoin.com not goldcoin.com

i rest my case. :P ;D

again sorry if my efforts were short but, thats what i usually get for trying.so no hard feelings here!

The digital currency is GoldCoin.  The ticker symbol is GLD.  The domain goldcoin.com is registered already.  We would love to have that domain.

Good job bringing in attention.  Keep it up!  :)

I think this is exactly what we need a LOT more of.

This is a good example of grassroots exposure.

Anyone else have any grassroots ideas?  It doesn't matter if they work or not, just that we keep putting the message out there in unique ways.

Don't be afraid to throw out the craziest idea you can think of.

Best by test.
