So on the Cold Storage from Cryptsy are round about 7 million Goldcoin left, the 7 millions are all goldcoins from all users on cryptsy , but maybe only one Person got the control over the wallet address, so in order to stay save and prepared we should find a way to solve this problem.

They are under monitoring by FinCEN, so the likely-hood of another Gox with them is slim i.m.o..

This is a very interesting situation. It's curious that Cryptsy elected to put all the eggs in one basket.

I've been thinking a lot about this today and how they are AML/KYC compliant. If Cryptsy is using best cold-storage practices the coins should be secure.
Maybe we should encourage users to withdraw (when that becomes possible) and use local wallets for storage?

we can't do much with this situation, unless we have a contact there someone in cryptsy or close enough have influence in cryptsy. And micro I think he has.
So any news from your contact micro?
