The Goldcoin daemon has been down for over 24 hours on Bittrex.

This means no deposits/withdrawals. I have opened a support ticket to report the problem.

The Goldcoin service has been restarted on Bittrex. Deposits and withdrawals are once again working.

This is a friendly reminder that beginning next week our Bittrex grace period ends and we'll be required to meet some very basic minimums to maintain our listing.

Bittrex requires our moving 30-day average to have a buy side of 1 BTC or more, and a daily volume of .2 BTC. These should be some pretty easy minimums to maintain if the community stays alert and works together.

Many of you have expressed concerns (https://www.gldtalk.org/index.php?topic=3733.0) about the GLD delisting notice on Bittrex. This occurred because we recently fell below the exchange's new .5 BTC daily volume requirement.

I am happy to report that thanks to the community and team, our volume has safely returned to levels that meet compliance and we anticipate the warning notice to be removed from the Goldcoin trading page on Friday of this week.

These are some pretty good news! I've been buying decent amounts of GLD due this situation. It ended up very well after all.  :thumbsup:
