Title: Spam Elimination / Telegram Requirement

In order to eliminate spam on this forum, I have enabled the manual approval option for all new registrations.  ;)

Once a new user registers, he must then enter the Goldcoin Telegram group and make a public request to join.

This seems to be working great. No more Spam!  :thumbsup:
