Post by: hyoshi on June 12, 2013, 01:48:23 PM
Difficulty changed to 5.19117538 - just under profitability as LTC, at the bid of .00071and pretty much even profitability VS LTC at the ask of .00081

I think this is expected. It wasn't going to drop straight away, it will probably go lower again in 500 blocks in the network has rate has not increased by then. Don't quote me on that though.

We are at 63% profitability which is dismal to say the least.

Hopefully the difficulty drops once again soon. I hope the dev has moved the difficulty adjustment time to lower than 200 blocks for everyone's sake.

I hate seeing stupidity ruin golden opportunities like this, but I guess I am forced to be more patient with it.

Profitability needs to stay at 98-105% for at least a week for us to grow measurably. Preferably 120%.

I thought that is was going to be set to 128, but now I hear it's at 504.

What are the downsides to having a lower difficulty adjustment?

Lets hope this week of paid mining gets us the blocks we need.

Next diff adjust = profitability skyrocket ;)
