Title: PhenixEx Exchange: Not Recommended

PhenixEx (https://phenixex.com/) is an exchange that has not been processing withdrawals lately (BTC or other coins).

Besides withdrawals that are not working, the exchange has very low volume.  It's a good thing GoldCoin is not listed there.

The exchange tanked, many people have losses, it was / is looking pretty bad for those who have any coin tied up in there.

This Phenix coin and their services is turning into a disaster for some people.
