Title: Cryptocoin Mine has paid out all the old balances from the old pool database.

All old balances have been paid out directly to payout addresses recorded in the old pool database.
in the case where no payout address was present and the balance was over 1 GLD, the GLD has been credited to the account on the new pool with a transaction called Credit_PPS.
