I try with a newer version cudaminer-2013-07-13:
With new bath file cudaminer.exe --url=stratum+tcp://gld.cryptoplanet.net:3333 --userpass=username.worker:password --threads=1

First try with 2 threads but it crash because the Intel HD Graphics 3000 not work to mining with.

Hope this can help others

I have try with

cudaminer-2013-07-13>cudaminer.exe --url=stratum+tcp://
gld.cryptoplanet.net:3333 --userpass=username.worker:pasword --threads=2

When it come to the last one it crash and say: cudaminer.exe is stopped to operate

That one is wrong is was because i forgot to run cudaminer.exe with bat file. And just run cudaminer.exe

I just try to add cudaminer.exe to be allowed by firewall and try to run the bat file agian now i get me this message:
HTTP request failed: Failed connect to 127.0.0.1:9332; No error

No this is my computer at home i try with.

Hello Goldcoin Forum,

I new to mining and just setup a CPU mining but found out GPU provides more so now i like to try out GPU and with that i have some problems as i will describe below.

I have following:
On-board graphics adapter model: Intel HD Graphics 3000
Discrete graphics adapter model: NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M
Discrete graphics adapter memory: 2048 MB

I know that not a good setup but some place i need to start  :)

I have look on: https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoin/wiki/Mining-hardware-comparison#wiki-ATI_AMD_GPUs to see which miner i need. And it says i need: Cudaminer 2013-04-30 but also says on operating system: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit but i run on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Then i download that and run following bat file with http:// and stratum+tcp://
cudaminer.exe -o http://gld.cryptcoins.net:5533 -O username.worker:password

And also try this one also try with another network with http:// and stratum+tcp://
cudaminer.exe -o http://gld.cryptoplanet.net:3333 -O username.worker:password

When i run the bat file is says:
HTTP request failed: Empty reply from server.
json_rpc_call failed, retry after 15 secounds.

Hope a friendly member can help me
