Technical Discussion / [HELP] Wallet stuck on last block

Sorry if this sounds like a noob question.I installed the GLD wallet today and the wallet was catching up for a while and now it's stuck at the last block.It's been like this for atleast half an hour now,should I be worried? Should I reinstall or something. Also I want to mine with the wallet, what would the optimal thread count and scantime be for a cpu with windows 7, nvidia gpu and amd cpu. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone. I am CryptoGoldRush or simply GLDRush. I have been intrigued by crypto-currencies for some time now. I first learned about cryptocurrencies when I visited a tech news blog a while back, and ever since I've been interested in the developments in the virtual currencies.I was checking out the most profitable crypto-currencies to mine and I stumbled upon Gold Coin. I'm interested in how mining works and I'm just trying it using the wallet.That's pretty much it for now.
