Newbie Central / Hi Guys - Having problems with BFGMiner finding the pools

Hey all,
Cant seem to connect to any mining pool and I've tried them all.
Get the same report from BFGMiner 3.1.4
'Most likely you have input wrong URL, forgotten to add a port, or have not set up workers
No servers were found that could be used to get work from'
URL's are correct, ports are correct and workers have been added.
Any ideas?
