I got the idea for these from Sonu's post. You can download this and use it if you'd like.
Note: Only the Goldcoin is showing up. Trying to find out why the other images don't show. The links are correct.

 I fixed the links!!!  Don't use "www in the URL and it works.

The Break Room / China wants to ban Cryptocurrency Mining

I've been reading about China banning cryptocurrency mining. That means all coins will loose miners. I have no idea what it would mean for cryptocurrency.

1. I do see a lot of coins loosing a lot of their miners.

2. Coins will not be used as much as they are. ie  purchasing products, services,  etc.

3. Exchanges will slow down due to the lack of trading.

Do you have any ideas you have about what it could mean for cryptocurrency?

Currency Exchange / Notice Ticker change for Goldcoin

Please note that Goldcoin will be changing it's Ticker Letters on all exchanges to GLC .

Goldcoin will no longer be going by the Ticker GLD Goldcoins new ticker listing will be GLC

We hope all the exchanges that trade Goldcoin will update before the end of February 2019. If not all exchanges should be changing as soon as they can manage an update to their exchange.

This is a notice to everyone that keeps a lot of their Goldcoins on an exchange. Due to problems with exchanges in the past. We recommend keeping most of your Goldcoins in your personal wallet on your PC, Make a Paper Waller, etc. keep them in a safe place.

Download a GLC Wallet: https://www.goldcoin.org/downloads.html

Make a Paper Waller: https://www.goldcoinwallet.com/

Other ways you can protect your GLC. Download the Wallet.dat file and keep it on a thumb drive or on a CD. Then the next time you run you wallet it will make a new wallet with a zero balance. But you'll have all your coins safe if you computer crashes, etc.

PS. I used the letters GLC because at the time Goldcoin ticker letters were about to change from GLD to GLC.

I hope more people use the forum. I guess I'm from the old days because I like them. There the best way to communicate, you can review what someone was talking about and everyone gets to reply if they want. Plus it holds the history of our contacts etc..

I joined altilly and trading is really sow there. Going to need more people to help keep the trading volume up. Because the trading over the past 24 hours has only been 1610.8000 GLD / 0.0079 BTC and it wasn't much more the prior 24 hours.  We all know if a con isn't trading it doesn't stay on an exchange.
