new in gldcoin. need some help

i would like to ask for some information about installing and configuration of mining software.
for example cgminer. if you know better miner ... you are welcome to tell me
i think to use ati 7750. i'll be glad if share some experience about GPU's and which is the best for it's price.

I use BFGminer 3.1.4
