Anyone know how to get in touch with Coinex's support staff? I have emailed them with no response, tweeted them and same result. I cant post on BTCTalk because I am a newbie there (Beside Newbie section). I am trying to reset my password (because of Coinex upgrade everyone has to do this), but have not received any reset password emails yet even though I know the email address I entered is 100% correct.
EDIT: Fixed. Coinex emailed back. Since server were overloaded there was some problem. Had to manually send reset email to me.
