Android app sync problems

Is there something wrong with android app? App doesnt sync according to some people.

Im so frustrated with the android app. About 150 GLD I sent 2 days ago to my phone wallet still hasnt reached because it cannot sync up to network. I have kept my phone plugged in with the screen on for hours and nothing. So frustrating.

Yes. I understand your frustration. There were some unexpected difficulties updating the app after the 51% defense roll out. In the future we have decided to better test the client (and determine what impact it will have on the Android app) before rolling it out.

If it makes you feel any better I just sent you the 150GLD to compensate you for your time.

Was very exited about the android app. I dont know if its my phone. But it keeps stalling It is always 2 days behind and keeps hanging from time to time. If you find a fix for it please do let me know.

Also, I have backed up my private keys. Does that mean I can import it to another phone and try access my wallet there?

Yes, you can move the wallet to another phone but until the update is released that would not help. The fix is almost complete and should be available in a few days.

Android app has been updated and is now available.

During my testing, I noticed that the process of connecting to peers is slow.  That may be the case with other users, but once connected, the app should sync.
