CloudMines hashrate
« on: February 02, 2014, 01:16:41 PM »
Seems a little off... (after an hour of mining)

Any ideas?

I see.. alright, thanks, I'm rather new at this.

If one of the cores goes to 95 C, is that something that could lead to HW errors? Anyone have good settings for a 7990?

if your using a .bat file you could try these settings out

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://gld.cloudmines.net:3333 -u  -p  --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 13 -w 256 -g 2

your current settings might also be ok just lower your intensity to 13 and see if that helps get rid of your HW errors.  here is a good link to find out settings for your card

Are you running 7990 then there is an absolute thing you have to do if you want the card to survive high intensity.
That my friend is called watercooling, unless you gonna burn the card.

I would go with intensity max 13 - 15 on non watercooled 7990.
