Currency Viability and Quality Programmers

I think over the coming years, the digital currencies that will thrive will be the ones that attract quality programmers throughout the world.  Decentralized programming talent is a huge plus.  This is really what keeps bitcoin in the top position aside from simple network effect. 

The currencies that can form hierarchical teams with distributed branches will be safer long term bets.

Not sure if this is in the right place.

I believe microguy is working on a team/foundation structure but its a work in progress. As the community grows this is definitely something in need of address.
