Kind of feel bad for being here only for those GoldCoins but hey that's all for now.

BTW, can GLD be mined with ASIC Miner USB Block Erupter? This contract I'm looking at supports SHA-256 based crypto currencies.

The short answer is: no.

The long answer is that the ASIC Miner USB Block Erupter is only for mining SHA-256 coins, while GoldCoin is a scrypt coin.

I feel the same way. I only signed up for the 200GLD. If GLD ever becomes a major scrypt competitor then I'll be glad to already have an account here.
Do I need to make a thread/topic or will this post satisfy the requirements for 200GLD.
