it was my fault
all my bitcoin was on hold not vanished oooff
 i puted the minimal price a little bit smaller than "ask" this is why...

my question now:
is it possible to recover the bitcoin on hold balance...to make a new "ask"?

normaly it should be sent to this adress DydgihtSYea9kwLBjPhAYUX4TTUTDcnYEB  .because it the only gldcoin adress i can see in my balance

but in transaction detail it show diferent adress 1HaLQfv9owPr5G7WQJB9v592n6Fdq4RUE3
so why

the same for the second transaction ... was sent to a diferent unknow adresses.

strange no mention of my exchange...i used btc/gldc  to buy 2300 goldcoin and coinex taked the bitcoin and didnt give me my goldcoin
now i m confused is coinex a scam website? plz tell me because i new here no experience

help i m in the same situation i'm new here yesterday i bought 2300 gldcoin.almost 50 confirmations...and nothing is happening very frustrating .
