A lot of Gold Bullion providers are fighting against bitcoin.  Now would be the perfect time for them to embrace GoldCoin and give small amounts away to their customers and perhaps even use it to trade real Gold among each other.

Peter Schiff may be a useful contact.  Those that are into Gold and interested in virtual currencies will find that GoldCoin is right up their alley.  It's a much smaller investment for them than bitcoin as well.

I wonder is there a possible way to tie the price of GoldCoin to the price of real gold much like the dollar was pre 1970 or somehow make GoldCoin be backed by real Gold.

If we can get the gold vendors to accept it that would be a huge start.
