dosent wanna download/ very slow, stalls

goldcoin-0.7.1.5-win32-setup(5).exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Well this is due to two problems :

1. Either your internet is too slow/unstable.
2. Or the server the setup file is stored is having problems. And ofcourse the problem is of downloading.

The server seems good, So the problem is with your internet connection.

Just try again later.
