I've tested a few pools, and the site seems stable, everything seems very nice, and I received 1GLD in only 5 mins while on other sites it takes 60 minutes for 1GLD.
Also a 60/40 Orphan/Valid ratio, which is much better than most networks so I'll take it!

Let's hope this works in the long run!

Edit: My ~1GLD suddenly disappeared out of my account and it tells me the amount has been orphaned, strange..

Edit2: All of GLD I got seems to have orphaned, why???

This is my experience after 4 hours of mining:

I've been mining since 2pm at a rate of 1100-1300 k/hash it's now 6pm (4 hours of mining). According to the dashboard I have a total of 16 coins unconfirmed.

Poking around the site and looking at the statistics and graphs (Which i have to say the site layout and functionality is great), All of the data is pointing to way more orphans than valid blocks.

 Just looking at the block statistics show way more orphaned than found (please see the attached screen shot below)

The pools are finding lot of orphans. Difficulty is still way to low where it should be that's why so many orphans.

According to dev the patch is slowly bring up difficulty to a level where it should be.

I think it will take at least another 24hrs before orphans will get less.

Gotcha, that makes more sense.  Still a bit of a bummer to keep finding orphans. lol

Thanks for using the pool.. Indeed orphans are high, but unavoidable at this diff.   I did purposely addnode the other pools I know of to try to lower orphans aswell.

I can vouch for ZC he is a good pool op and has a good understanding of how the frontend and backend work!

If there are issues he will do his best to sort them

Mined 12 hours and only got 30 coins so not profitable at that rate

From looking at the stats on gld.hashfaster.com, it looks like it is getting better.  I'm not sure what your average hashrate is but the pool's 24 hour averages are:

75 blocks found: 66 Valid, 9 invalid -- roughly 12% orphaned -- not the best -- but, certainly not what it was like a couple days ago.
