Just getting started in CC

I am an internet marketer by trade....but have been playing aorund with CC for a few days now....seems like everyone is jumping in the water now.
I have been mining LTC ANON and just started GLD today....only at around 100kh/s to start with....but i have a whole animation studio worth of computers to convert   so far i like the GLD and am looking to pick up the pace......maybe even throw some of my marketing skills at this.....

If anyone can share any helpful advice I am all ears

We could really use some marketing help.  The main thing you'll have to find out for mining is the type of video cards you have so you can figure out the settings for the mining programs.  It varies form card to card.

Seriously, help us market GoldCoin.  So far all we've come up with is to eat paper wallets on youtube from competing coins.

HAHA!  i will be thinking about this for sure....i come from adult so the marketing can be pretty agressive!    but i already have some ideas!   although i am not the techie type i am going to bounce the ideas off of some programmer friends i know....

The orphan blocks are getting less now the difficulty is going up. I think within 12hrs the orphan block issue will be largely solved.

Sounds great...i will try to educate some folks tonight.....how does solo mining look for this?   is there some sort of hash limit that would make it worthwhile?  or should sticking with pools be the way to go?

I saw a shortage a pools a few weeks back, the ones I did mine on were unstable. I decided to start my own, as the only worker in my pool on launch(today) I managed to find 100 coin within a few hours.  I hope that GLD takes off, I can't do much for marketing but I can spread the word for my pool
