Please feel free to complete your account registration - there is no fees associated with it. As soon as the limitation is removed we will announce it in our news and inform our clients accordingly.

I logged in earlier today to get GLD/LTC deposit addresses; I didn’t have time to transfer then so I emailed them to myself, copied here:

I suspect this will cause a delay in crediting my account...!

The address changes whenever the old address receives a deposit, Though you can still use the old address to deposit. You will be credited after 6 confirmations. So now are they visible in your account ?

Edit : i have checked your account balances and you have 9.9GLD and 0.2LTC in your account.

So, Problem resolved ?

Is it the error in okpay ? Hmm then i didn't find anymore payment processors which are safe for cryptocurrencies (i.e., that are not reversable and which don't support cards(so no chargebacks.) ). So if you know any payment processor which are capable of those feel free to ask me to add them. I will add them as soon as i can.
