This publication sounds like a real good idea. GoldCoin being included is great!

There are several mistakes in this file:

Phase 3 was until block 44,999 (instead of 49,999).

The "very bad state" could be elaborated to a "high difficulty" and a long difficulty adjustment time.

For Cryptsy, it could be said that GLD was the first coin to be removed from BTC and added to LTC.  Then it was the first LTC traded coin to be put back on BTC.

CoinEx added GLD in 2013, while Cryptsy only allowed trading on LTC.  There are probably posts in this forum that give an approximate date for this.

This article lists three exchanges, but the last two do not have GLD.  Some notation should be present for this.

Great job on the article one thing that I noticed was phase 2 ran until block 2200 with a reward of 1000 Goldcoins
