Syncing Problem with Current Playstore App

I received a report today from a user having a problem with the current Playstore App.

He is connected to 6 peers and we have tried resetting the blockchain under "Settings". However, during the blockchain reset he keeps receiving the error "Synchronization failed."

Could this be related to a storage issue or memory issue with the phone? Any suggestions?

This problem has been resolved.  :thumbsup:

It was determined that the user did not have mobile data and was sporadically outside the range of his local wireless internet.
