Would it be a good idea to send in the a future an automatic email to all forum members to update their client?

People should visit the forum or the site to keep up to date. Plus the Update/Notice will display in the wallet when you open it, won't it?

This is a good idea. I will send out emails as suggested until the new alert system is in place.

People should visit the forum or the site to keep up to date. Plus the Update/Notice will display in the wallet when you open it, won't it?

The new alert system is currently being tested and will be implemented in the next update.

I would definitely appreciate having an email when new update is available

I would also appreciate this sort of automatic email system. I'm sure alot of others will also.
