Hey guys just wanted to throw in some marketing and advertising tactics that I believe will push GoldCoin further:
-Word of Mouth talking to others about this coin will be extremely important and essentially the essence to bring this to coin to prominence.
-Spread the message of GoldCoin as not a money making idea or scheme but one of love and charity and a money making opportunity. Community always comes first!
-Talk to shop owners and local owners about integration, hopefully Microguy can create community packages that we can easily deploy and give to small businesses.
-Make every development ideas are simple and make sure people can use them even if they are elderly or not very knowledgable of technology.
-Make GoldCoin accessible from any form of device with an easy gui, do not limit to just technology encourage bullion, paper and other forms of the currency.
-Google adword campaigns/ extremely useful to get views direct to something like this

-Online services are extremely useful I agree with Microguy that ground level businesses are whats needed but I believe we need some simple but great services also online.
-Sharing the wealth with others, donate coins to people and inform them of a societal necessity that is needed for a coin like this.
-Global appeal, goldcoins gui as well as advertising should be translated into many different languages as possible, this includes adwords, youtube videos everything.
-Use of billboard campaigns.
-Use of web advertising.
-Use of television advertising.
- MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL - Understand that you are raising awareness, awareness of a currency that people can control and integrate and use on their own terms and feel safe in. A currency that can help others through donation. A currency that is non-restrictive and extremely flexible and secure.
