Here i try to describe what skills and properties are needed or useful to get a nice workflow,( not feeling like work then )
- You should be a active person who simply can do things which are actual needed, not like a spectator.
- you should be communicative to us and our members because communication is everything :-)
- we support a teamspeak channel and from time to time we make skype sessions, so such things should be no problem for you.
- we are searching people who can do things on there own, bringing in new ideas and a fresh spirit is what we really would love to see.
- You can do more or less on your Position, it all depends up to you, just let us know and we will find a way for U.
- You can also make different position tasks like only tech support on the gldtalk( tech support ) and make a irc channel for gld (communication/refine).
- You can refine positions for which you are not responsible, if you got good ideas we will support you.
- As long as you provide good content to the group, all is fine.
- we try to do all things in the open source style , but in some cases a leading hand is necessary.
- We like to see people who are constantly refining there positions and tasks to make it a bit better then it was.
Always a good property is to stay open minded and simply look into the gldtalk or slack what is needed actually.
For technical support:
- caring about newbies in the gldtalk with technical problems for mining and the client,
- making little „how to:“ on screen videos for example: how to: solomine
- how to make a better tech support (refine)?
- not doing nothing if nobody needs help
Communication director:
We need someone who simply stay s in contact with all sites who promote information about goldcoin, like: coinmarketcap, coingecko, cryptocoin.cc, map of coins,cryptsy,C-Cex, stay in contact with our merchants and pro active gld members, etc...
- writing emails, making post s in different forums ,
- maybe make a irc for gld, (refine)
- collect and promote gld everywhere :-)
