the issue is that most IRC networks won't tolerate so many connects/disconnects. In fact we had such a channel on freenode before and they banned us.
So if you can find an IRC network that doesn't mind having dozens of connects/disconnects for a single channel whose users may or may not be active. It'd be simple to implement. 

If you can solve this problem, that would be really nice  or can you create a irc bot which helps newbies to find tutorials and other stuff ?

from time to time we need a few fresh graphics  , actually a new picture for the Skype meeting would be nice or a new goldcoin banner for advertising on webpages would be nice :-)
